Make your vacation at Indian Rocks Beach memorable when you stay in this newly redecorated beachfront condo featuring a shared pool, lovely views from the balcony and primary bedroom, a private washer/dryer, and a TV in the living room.



This welcoming condo is located in Indian Shores within walking distance to the white sand beach and dining at popular local eateries. Clearwater Marine Aquarium is only 11 miles north, as is Pier 60, offering a long boardwalk for strolling and a free nightly sunset festival with entertainment and crafters. And Florida Botanical Gardens is five miles away.

Wonderful beach stay

Indian Shores is a wonderful, laid back beach in a central location that is away from the traffic of the regions busier beaches. Our family loved this condo - the view when you walk in is the breathtaking. We loved being able to see and hear the ocean at all times. The pool and location to the beach was perfect and we appreciated the beach chairs and toys. It was very spacious and comfy! I did notice some dusty areas such as light fixtures and fans, but surfaces were sparkly clean when we walked in. I also thought the beds were a bit too firm, but others in my family didn’t mind. The washing machine and one of the toilets in this unit also gave us some minor difficulties but we figured it out. They’ll need to be replaced eventually. Sadly we had to leave early due to Hurricane Helene and a mandatory evacuation, so we are still waiting to find out how the rental company, VACASA, will handle the reimbursement process. I haven’t talked to anyone directly yet.

Small property but the location is good. The unit is located on the second floor and only accessible via stairs. Get what you pay for.

Nice Indian shores condo

Very nice location, clean, spacious. Beach is very nice not crowded and clean. Pool closes at dusk so didn’t like that. Kitchen could use some more silverware and the ice machine needs fixed in freezer. Would stay again and recommend for other family’s.

Nice spacious condo for thr price and location.

We stayed at this location for 12 nights and it was a wonderful condo. Great view of the beach. The pool was also nice. The only complaints were that one of the two elevators were down and the guest bathroom's toilet did not always flush the. It appears the fill valve needs to be replace because it wouldnt always fill the tank, which is a cheap fix. Other than these two minor issues, it's a great place.

Location was perfect! Unit needs deep cleaning. Unit holds 6 people, patio had 2 chairs. Inventory needed in kitchen area, two full sets of dishes but only silverware for 4. Nice place just in need of tlc.

Location, location, location! You can’t beat this gulf front condo! It is beautiful! We live the area and the beautiful beach! It’s great having a pool and grills available to us! The master bed was very uncomfortable and we went out and bought a nice topper to use while we were there, I think all the mattresses could use an update. Also very sparse kitchen supplies…there were only 2 sharp knives and only one serving bowl. We were also disappointing to have a table and chairs on the deck, there were just two rockers, which were nice, but we love eating our meals out there ! This being said we would stay there again because it’s a beautiful location and very clean Condo!

Splendid 6 days on the beach

We arrived to a place that was neat, clean and tidy. Had plenty of space for all 6 of us. Bedrooms were plenty spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Restaurants and shopping wasn’t quite what we were used to as we’ve typically gone to Fort Myers area for many years. However, it worked out and being on the beach with an amazing view and a nice pool made us not run around much. The people around the pool were very pleasant as well and enjoyed watching our full of energy children play. Only thing it lacked is a hot tub… Overall, great experience. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

The floors were dirty when we arrived and some hair etc in the bathrooms sinks but overall everything was nice. We loved the location. The pool and beach are fantastic for kids.

Needs some TLC

We stayed for 4 weeks from March 12-April 9, 2022. Absolutely beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets. The overall condo complex is nice, but this unit needs some attention. The table and chairs on the balcony are severely corroded and rust freely falls onto the tiles. Several door knobs were falling off, which I repaired. We can verify prior complaints stating the beds are uncomfortable (the absolute worse we’ve ever slept on), which has been cited for several years by customers. I guess we should have listened. The checkin process required searching the corners of the parking lot to find a pipe with an old lock box containing the keys. It took 2 hours to finally connect with someone managing this property (she was in Oregon) who could tell us the correct lockbox code (it wasn’t the code sent prior by the property management). The dryer and microwave broke during our stay. They fixed the dryer after two days using the Laundromat. I fixed the microwave. Finally, bring your own live tv streaming options, or you’re limited to basic Hulu and the options offered free by the tv manufacturers. The owner/property manager is clearly treating this potentially Premier condo as a cash cow. If they’d simply apply several days of the rental income on some TLC ….. Until they do, I’d caution you to stay away.

Loved this Condo . It was clean and well furnished. The only problem was the neighbors above and below doing major remodeling day and night for 30 days. We love this building . The pool and proximity to the beach is absolutely wonderful

Ocean Front Amazing Vacation

This property was perfect for our family! The master is off to one side and the two other bedrooms are near each other. Our view was GORGEOUS with the ocean right outside! It comfortably fit our family of 6! We would 100% stay again!

Great View and steps to ocean

This property gets 5 stars for view and location! Steps to the ocean! The pool 🏊‍♀️ Is nice and large with clean restrooms beside it which was great with the kiddos! This unit does need some love.... the rusty patio table is a hazard, the dishwasher does not clean dishes so we hand washed everything...probably the reason there were crusty dishes in the cabinets....the cookware needs replaced.... the matresses really need replaced but at a minimum a matress toppers and better linens... The master shower with sprayer needs replaced.....it leaks out the side therefore you don’t get proper pressure for a shower so we used the other shower instead Overall we enjoyed our stay! I hope this unit gets some attention because it has a beautiful view!
