The Space:

Enjoy jaw-dropping sunsets on your private balcony at this Gulf-front condo. You’ll love the gated Lighthouse Towers complex - a quiet hideaway on soft white sands. The beach is just steps beyond your door, and top-notch amenities create a resort-like experience!



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home, with thoughtful touches like a private washer/dryer. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and generous granite counter space. Kick back in the Gulf-view living area or unwind in the privacy of the Gulf-view bedroom.



Lighthouse Towers is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Sand Key, known for its powdery white sand, pristine water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. The pool is ideally positioned beside the complex (rather than behind it), so it’s sunny all day long. Imagine yourself basking in the sun with incredible views of the beach, refreshing ocean breezes, and the sound of lapping waves. Lighthouse Towers is also just steps away from Sheraton Sand Key Resort and Sand Key Park.



A provided kayak and beach gear add convenience to your stay.



Things to Know

Saturday check-in only.

An application is required 10 days prior to arrival.

As Lighthouse Towers has a 14-day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the condo for a minimum term of 14 consecutive days. Reservations are set for two-week minimum periods throughout the year.

The complex is undergoing an exterior painting and balcony waterproofing project. There will be contractors on-site during the week and the balcony will be closed and not accessible. The project will likely conclude at the end of the year, 2024



Due to Hurricanes in 2024, Outdoor amenities could be down during stay or have limited hours / days opened during your stay. Please be aware there is construction being done Monday thru Friday, so noise can be heard daily and should be expected during your stay.

Serenity on the Beach

You won't find a better beach than right here. Check in was simple and without issue, in fact my entire stay was fantastic. This unit is very nice but has room for improvement. For instance the TV is clearly about to go out. The screen flashes and makes it difficult to enjoy. Secondly the beach buggy was in poor shape, literally falling apart. Considering the cost of the stay these items should be in good working order. I would consider staying again if these issues are corrected.
