We are SO happy!! This condo checked every box. When we arrived the first thought was how impeccably clean it was. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this is by far the cleanest. Also had plenty of pillows/extra linens and pristine clean white bedding and towels. Host messaged the morning of and said we could check in anytime, although we didn’t fly in til afternoon anyway but it’s so nice to have that option. We saw a few food items were kindly left (unopened) and we always love to see no wasting food! Limitless pool toys my kids enjoyed, and across the street from a public beach access. Also problem solved so easily with Lynn when we noticed wasps trying to move into the balcony. Also surprised how quiet it was considering we had neighbors above us. Overall 10/10 :)

Lynn's place was perfect for our adult family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean! The beach is just out the door, to your right about 80 ft and then across the crosswalk and to the access road. The storage area has a nice wagon, plenty of nice beach chairs and loungers and beach toys for the kids. They even have floating mats and boogie boards. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need. Lynn was very responsive to any questions. Thank you for sharing your place with our family!

Everything you need!

The hosts were perfectly easy to deal with and kind. The condo had absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay: cooking, cleaning, the beach, pool! Even beach towels, chairs, canopy, wagon, etc. Everything was also great quality! The beds, linens, bath towels…literally the most comfortable! So much so-I had to jot down the brands. No ocean view…which is the only thing I would change, but easy, short walk to the beach across the street.

I cannot recommend this condo enough. We’ve stayed in Indian Shores for many years, but this was our first time at Lynn’s condo. It was absolutely perfect - spotlessly clean, impeccably decorated, well stocked with any beach accessory you may need, and it’s only a two minute walk to the beach. We will, without a doubt, be back to stay here again. As a matter of a fact, I feel as though this condo will become a family tradition!

Perfect location with easy access to beach! The condo was spotless, well stocked, & had everything you need to take to the beach(chairs,toys,umbrella,beach blanket,cooler etc). The only issue we had was the pool shower was inoperable & we had to search around to find a water hose to remove sand from our bodies. Lynn was very quick with her response to our issue! We will definitely book again!

Perfection!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Super easy walk to the beach and Lynn was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. All the "extras" that she provided were wonderful, beach chairs, sand toys, and even the cart to haul it all. And the place was gorgeous!!

Great Condo

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. One thing you don’t realize from the photos is how deep the unit is—it runs the full depth of the building, from front to back. What this means is that the master bedroom is far enough away from the living area that the night owl can stay up without worrying about waking the person sleeping down the hall. The beach supplies (chairs, cart) were handy for the short walk to the beach. The unit is on the second floor, so there are stairs, and the balcony faces the street, so there is some traffic noise if you are on the balcony during the day (but not late night or early morning). As long as those are not deal-breakers for you, you will love it. Only other thing to keep in mind is there isn’t a hose convenient to wash the sand off your feet, but by the time we walked from the beach across the street and up the stairs, most of the sand was off, so it wasn’t a problem. Parking is convenient (2 reserved spaces in the shade underneath) and it’s an easy walk to an ice cream shop a couple of blocks away. Highly recommend this property!

Great hosts!

The property was very nice and comfortable for us. My kid’s really enjoyed having a pool. Also, rest assured if you need anything, the hosts will be quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone!

Ideally located on Gulf Blvd. with super convenient access to the beach and area restaurants and bars.Spacious unit with nice balcony for views of the stunning sunsets.

We loved it!

Perfect location to the beach. Condo had all the beach items needed. The condo was decorated cute and clean. Master bed super comfy. We came in November so my kids did wish the pool was heated but we ended up spending most all the days at the beach playing football or games. Super respsponsive host!!

Last minute booking

We booked this last minute due to Tropical Storm Debby, we had issues with our previous house, I booked it and sent them a message explaining our situation and they were able to get the house cleaned and let us check in the same day we messaged them, the house was perfect, plenty of stuff to take to the beach, plenty of room for us! Would definitely book here again!

Amazing! Book it!!!

We absolutely loved this VRBO! Do not hesitate, overthink or look any further for a better place. It's on the intercoastal and the beach is right across the street. We enjoyed this beach so much more than any where we visited in the area. It's clean and wasn't busy at all (like Clearwater). We saw a manatee float under the dock one night while my son was trying to catch some fish - that was incredible to see and a definite highlight of our stay. It's super clean and decorated really pretty. Lynn was lightning fast to respond when I had a question. Her place is set up great. It's stocked with everything you'd need to cook a meal if you decide to stay in. She has a bonus storage room full of beach gear so you don't have to worry about bringing or buying anything. And it all works! We find that a lot of times, hosts have the gear but a lot of the time - it doesn't work or the chairs are broken. Great location to restaurants, grocery, etc. We rented a golf cart for 24 hours and it was nice having the extra spot to park and not have to worry about what to do with our rental car. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. THANK YOU!

Ideal vacation spot

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 5 days in this wonderful condo. The location is ideal with beach and intercoastal in front/back. Restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. We look forward to going back in the fall.

Perfect Beach Vacation Home

Traveled with our 19 mo old. The condo had everything you could need for the beach and a toddler!!! Clean, open & steps away from a public beach. We loved our time here & would come back in a heartbeat!! Communication with host was top notch.
