The place is beautiful. I loved how everything was labeled. The pool was perfect… very warm but not too warm. The extra storage area had a ton of outdoor gear and convenient. Tons of towels. Loved the balcony too. Front view of ocean between buildings.

The access to the beach was great! View from the unit was limited but we could still see the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. The hosts were very responsive and instructions were clear for check-in/out. IRB is beautiful!

We stayed here for my wifes 63rd b-day with older siblings. We stayed on 3rd floor using steps. The property was spotless clean, nice 2 bedroom and bathroom condo. The property is street blvd to ocean, but second building back from ocean or beach from front. There is a building ocean front inbetween this building and beach.we did not have to cross a street.The walk was less then 200’. We did have an ocean view but is limited. The pool is nice and clean. Parking is easy underneath the building. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. This is a really nice layed back neighborhood and the beach is extremely relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay

Overall was a good stay, The pictures are a bit unjust as the property is not on the beach as it appears, its set back and behind a building the same size and the only part of the beach you could see is a tiny sliver. However the beach is a very short walk away.The property is within walking distance to great food, gift shops and ICE CREAM!

Great visit to IRB!

We had a wonderful visit to IRB; Rod and Chrissy were amazing hosts! The condo is very well-stocked, including with beach gear. Communication with hosts was quick and easy. We love IRB and hope to stay at Sea Islander again on our next visit!

Absolutely relaxing and stunning views from the balcony. Short walk to the beach with easy access.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We sat up our canopy & chairs every morning on the beach to stay all day. If we needed to use the restroom or forgot something it’s a short walk back. When leaving the beach they have access to rinse the sand off you & your items making it easier not to track sand everywhere.There are several restaurants,ice cream shops in walking distance.We also chose to cook & had all the kitchenware needed. Convenient short drive to local grocery stores, restaurants & shops.When we weren’t at the beach, the condo was very comfortable to just set back & relax. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony every sunrise & sunset. A few bonuses, the beds were very comfortable, there’s parking under the condos so it made it convenient with loading & unloading.There were plenty of beach accessories downstairs in a locked room for those who aren’t able to travel with certain beach items. We also had plenty of storage in the room for our canopy, large bucket wagon, 4 chairs & cooler. Please prepare to walk up the many steps as the condo is on the top floor. There’s no elevator. The only disadvantages we noticed.there were only 3 large towels for each bathroom so I’d advise to purchase detergent ahead to stay on top of laundry,the master bathroom door slides but doesn’t lock.The master bedroom is located on same side as the road. It was loud at night.There’s a box fan in the closet we used to drown out the noise.We made many memories and had a blast.
