The Space:

Inside, the tropical boho décor wraps you in a cozy, island‑inspired embrace, promising a stay that feels both relaxed and unforgettable.



Sleeping Arrangements

Downstairs you’ll find two king beds—one in the “Really pretty” room and another in “Ride the wave.” The “Fun Room” offers four full beds arranged as bunk beds, complete with a slide, arcade games, and a foosball table for endless family fun. Upstairs, “Back 2 blue” holds two full beds, while “Good vibes” provides a queen bed, giving the home five spacious bedrooms with unique designs.

Three modern bathrooms serve the house, each equipped with contemporary fixtures and fresh towels.



Kitchen & Dining

A beautiful chef’s kitchen features modern appliances and sleek design, perfect for preparing meals together. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy breakfast under the sun or dinner by the fire pit, with covered outdoor dining space and a BBQ grill ready for al fresco cooking.

The private salt‑water pool can be heated on request, surrounded by pool loungers and sun loungers for relaxation. An outdoor movie theatre sets the stage for evening screenings, while a multi‑sports court, pickleball court, bowling lane, corn hole, jungle gym, and mini‑golf putting green keep guests active. Gather around the fire pit with lounge seating, or challenge friends to a game of arcade classics in the backyard game paradise.

Just five minutes from downtown Largo, you’re close to local shops and restaurants. A fifteen‑minute drive brings you to Sand Key Park and St. Pete‑Clearwater Airport, while Clearwater Beach and Ruth Eckerd Hall are twenty minutes away, offering easy access to sun, sand, and cultural events.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors.



It offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. The property is only 19 km from John's Pass, 19 km from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and 24 km from Chihuly Collection. Tropicana Field is 25 km from the accommodation, while St. Pete Pier is 25 km away. The nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, 7 km from the property.



Just a heads up: the property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate
