Property Update: Roof and Solar Installation - Starting October 6, 2025, we will be installing a new roof and solar panels. Work is expected to take approximately three weeks (weather permitting) and will occur only during daytime business hours. During this time, guests may experience construction noise during the day; however, all amenities will remain open for your enjoyment.

Relax by the heated pool, stroll to Pier 60 for unforgettable sunsets, and explore local dining and shops - all within easy walking distance. With upgraded finishes, a King bed with LED mood lighting, and a modern kitchenette, this suite is the perfect retreat for couples or small families.

Great January getaway in Clearwater

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Pointe. The Location was perfect! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and beach. We would definitely stay at Pelican Pointe again!
