Welcome to Azul Townhome B3, a brand-new, four-story townhouse designed for the ultimate vacation experience. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, this luxurious property offers both comfort and convenience for everyone. The ground level includes the garage, which features a 2-car attached garage and additional driveway parking for another vehicle. A private elevator ensures easy access to all levels, from the ground floor to the rooftop.

The second floor is the main living area with a spacious and comfortable living room and 65" large screen TV. The beautiful, brand-new kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils, it's perfect for cooking in during your stay. A built-in coffee and cocktail bar adds a touch of luxury, while the large dining table and extra counter seating offer plenty of room for family meals or casual gatherings. You can also enjoy the fresh air on the private balcony off the kitchen. This level also includes a bedroom with a Queen bed and TV, along with a full bathroom.
