Absolutely Perfect Getaway!

This is the absolute best property with VRBO I have stayed at for the following reasons:1. Accuracy of listing - Exactly how it is listed; no surprises2. Communication with owner - Within an hour I always had resolution. I was the problem as I do not get notification when I get a VRBO email.3. Unit was the most well stocked unit I have ever seen - absolutely nothing missing! Maybe a bit better knives in the kitchen but literally that's all!!!!After a very difficult year, we needed peace and relaxation. To have a perfect location with the most well stocked condo with the most spectacular sunsets was a gift to all of us. Thank you sincerely!!!

Clean and quiet condo with amazing views

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo complex. Thank you Fred for providing us with everything we could ever need for a most excellent stay at the beach. Check in/out was very easy. Fred checked in with us during our trip to make sure we had all that we needed which was a nice extra.

Beautiful Sunsets

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very homey and well stocked. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. We would recommend this condo for a family trip!

Everything you need

This is a lovely spacious 3/2 condo with a direct view of the Gulf. Short walk to the beach and short walk to many restaurants and stores as well. Owner is very easy to communicate with. Book now…you won’t be sorry!

Great Christmas Stay

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay in the spacious 3 bedroom beachfront condo with a fireplace which we used due to the cold temps during part of our stay. Easy check in and great communication with owner. Owner provided small fake tree with lights and decorations which was a plus for our holiday stay. Loved the 10 condo only building and the ability to walk to nearby restaurants.

Christmas Stay

Fred was very reachable! The condo had a nice collection of beach items (chairs, etc). We stayed for Christmas and I asked if there was a place to rent a tree. He didn't know of one but he dropped one off with lights and ornaments!

Best location , best view of the beach !!

Very good communication with the owner , small building with maybe 10 or so tenants (which we like !) and quiet location ! We walked to local restaurants close by ( Keegan’s and Guppy’s ,Pinkys for icecream) . The condo is clean , has everything you need to feel just like home (owner left toilet paper and paper towels , liquid detergent, dishwasher liquid etc) . There’s 2 box fans in the closet as well ! Everything for the beach is there . Kitchen is well equipped, there’s even a Keurig there for coffee lovers . We drove a truck , parking under the condo is tight that’s the only drawback but there is a guest parking spot as you turned in the condo. We love our stay here , Fred makes checking in and out easy! Family vacation

Booking was easy and the owner stayed in touch with us and gave us references for restaurants and many other things as beach towels, umbrella etc… The condo was really nice with balcony facing the beach. I loved waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo had everything that website said, beach is just few steps away . We really enjoyed staying there hoping to come back again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Fred for ensuring we had wonderful time :)

A perfect Place to Stay

Just stayed and couldn’t have been happier. Paul was super responsive from start to finish and has thought of everything you need to make your stay amazing. The pictures are accurate and the condo has everything you need and more. We loved all the beach stuff available, especially the pop up tent. Beach sand is like walking on flour and steps from the property. Also loved the location: half way between Clearwater Beach and St Pete’s and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. If you’ve read this….stop looking and book now! We will definitely be back. Thanks Paul

sehr schön gelegenes Apartment am sehr langen Strand

ein sehr gut, an einem nicht überfrequentierten Strandabschnitt gelegenes Apartment. Herrlicher Blick aufs offene Meer vom Balkon, Wohn- und einem Schlafzimmer. Sogar Delphine kann man unweit des Ufers entdecken. Der Vermieter, Fred, ist sehr hilfsbereit, bemüht und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Top! Der Wohnung in der 4. Etage, obwohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen, fehlt an nichts. Genug Handtücher (auch Strandhandtücher) standen zur Verfügung. Stühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand wurden von uns rege genutzt. Am Pool befindet sich eine Dusche- praktisch auf dem Weg vom Strand nach Hause. Das Meer ideal auch für Kinder- sehr seicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful and comfortable!

We loved our stay here. As a family of four, there was plenty of space for all of us. Steps to the beach, a grill for BBQing near the pool. Complete kitchen, even beach stuff such as chairs, towels and some toys. And the view - incredible! We watched the dolphins and pelicans every morning from the balcony. Pool isn’t heated, which was a little of a bummer because in February it was quite cold, but that’s such a minor thing compared to everything that was wonderful. I hope we can return! Highly recommend!

Great family spring break beach escape

Our family of 5 stayed at Casablanca for our kids' spring break holiday. It was wonderful to have a clear view of the ocean from our family room, master bedroom, and balcony. The kids loved waking up and running straight down the boardwalk behind the condo to the shoreline to look for shells each morning. Then, it was back and forth between the pool and ocean all day, everyday. Condo was comfortable and accomodating, quiet, close to attractions, and everything was in good working order. Owner responded quickly and decisively to all needs. So happy we stayed at Casablanca - thanks Castros!

Great stay!

The views and convenience of this condo were wonderful! It was very well-equipped for our needs. We had both adults and children, and all enjoyed our stay. Very clean condo, the pool was nice (not heated, but refreshing), and the access to the beach, restaurants, stores, and parks was perfect! Owner is friendly and very helpful - thank you for the relaxing vacation!

Perfect

The listing is spot on ... The condo was clean and well taken care of. Like being at home. The location is prime!! The view is amazing. No craziness going on in the other units.
