The is a new 2700 sqft. home is located 5 minutes from downtown Saint Pete 5min to the bay and 20 minutes from to multiple beaches. If you want access to the beach but also want to be close to Saint Petes cultural hotspots, then you found the right place. We love the city and there is so much to do here. We love to walk downtown, have a drink or enjoy the fine dining and hang out near the bay. Depending what your up for, Beach Blvd has great upscale, galleries, restaurants, shops and cocktail lounges. Central Ave has a mix of everything, from your rock out load clubs to your more laid back craft brewery's, cafes, funky shops and record stores. We know this city very well and can advise you great places to try and visit.
