Parking: 2 parking spaces are available, 1 garage space and 1 space outside of the garage. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: 1 Dog allowed 25 lbs or less subject to additional pet fee. Rental Agreement signature required in order to stay with a pet. Pet mut be leashed and picked up after at all times.
