2762 Merion Innisbrook Condo Golf Resort

Located within the world famous Innisbrook golf resort and its four champion courses known for hosting the Valspar tournament every year, this listed property is a studio condominium. Within the gated community which features twenty-four hour security, the condo is located next to the Copperhead18th hole which is a short walk and viewable from the second floor balcony. This studio condo features a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sleeper couch located in the common room which allows the property to accommodate up to four adult guests. Featuring fast Wi-Fi, two TV's, free spectrum cable and two roku's to utilize your streaming services. Kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with included amenities such as shampoo, soap, etc. The condo also features full size washers and dryers, as well as an ice machine down the hall where you can do your laundry for free. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo. The property further features well renowned restaurants and bars on site: The Market Salamander Grille which features a wide variety of food and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating, as well as acclaimed Packard's Steakhouse, which is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

This rental is for accommodations only and does not include daily maid service and it does not include the use of the Innisbrook Resort’s facilities or amenities; such as, swimming and tennis without additional fees.

Corey was great. If I had to find any faults, it would be these: The bathroom light and exhaust fan are on the same switch and the light is so dim it is worthless and the fan is so loud we didn't want to use it. We had to use the heat lamp for our lighting. Also, the refrigerator made a load "gurgling" sound that was very distracting.

It was the most equipped VRBO in which we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen could not have been better equipped. It even included sugar, salt, pepper, various spices, paper towels, etc. bathroom was also well equipped. One could walk to a lovely grill for breakfast or dinner. We visited families so we drove around the area quite a bit. A person could be happy walking around the beautiful grounds. All employees were extremely courteous we found it to be an oasis from the heavy traffic in the Tampa Bay area.

Innisbrook Gem

I have stayed at Innisbrook many times, and the location never disappoints—it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s always such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! The condo was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was so convenient not having to make any extra trips to the store! We stayed during Christmas, and the condo was perfect for the occasion—I even managed to cook a turkey in the small oven! It truly felt like a home away from home. Corey was a fantastic host, always quick to respond to any questions we had. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable!

Great little Condo

I enjoyed my stay though it was a bit difficult for my limo driver to find however he eventually found the building and got me safely inside. Uber could not find the condo so my delivery was not made. This was the only downside of my stay and certainly not the fault of the owner. felt safe and comfortable in the condo and Corey was very attentive. I would come back and stay again. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful golf course and surroundings. All employees helpful.I enjoyed walking on the grounds of the resort. Thank you Corey!

Great location and place to stay

I enjoyed my stay immensely at this property. I was close to all the golf courses and didn't need to leave the property for much. When I did, restaurants, bars and grocery stores were within 10 mins of driving. The owner was very nice and super attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. The place was pretty much a studio with a separate bedroom quarantined off from the living room -- it was perfect. The patio was great as well and the unit had more amenities than expected. I even did my laundry twice (located down the hall) while I was there since it rained on us 2 golf days out of 4. Thanks so much. Looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic!!!

What a great little place. Very quaint and cozy!!! The host went all out with little extras for the bathroom, extra blankets, extra pillows, full kitchen setup and more. Highly recommend and will stay there again when in town!!

Great location in Innisbrook

Lovely condo with plenty of seating options outside and inside. Centrally located in Innisbrook with easy walks to the Osprey and Copperhead clubhouses. Corey is friendly and responsive. We have booked multiple times now and we will continue to book in the future.
