Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, front yard and back yard. Nothing is shared with anyone else not in your party as the entire home is private.

Our driveway includes a carport and can accommodate 3 vehicles (depending on vehicle size).

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a family-friendly, safe and quiet neighborhood close to Indian Rocks Beach.

Getting Around:
Most stuff will require a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)

Interaction with Guests:
Your entire stay is private. Other than us periodically checking-in by text or phone, you will not be bothered. We will NOT visit the property unless 1) you request us to or 2) there is an obvious emergency that requires immediate, on-site attention. We will always give you as much notice as possible if we need to stop by.
