Nicely furnished and decorated, this ground floor property is literally just steps to the refreshing, heated swimming pool, BBQ facility and lounging area. Of course, the popular beaches are just a short walk away, as is John's Pass Village. Free Wifi. Please note there is no phone in this condo. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The spacious open floor plan includes a welcoming living area with flat screened TV. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes fully stocked with utensils for all of your cooking needs. Off the living room is the master bedroom complete with queen sized bed and an attached, spotless, bathroom with walk in shower. The guestroom has twin beds with a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests (sheets available upon check-in). Linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for provided for your stay.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
