2 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo located right over the dunes from St Pete Beach! FIRST floor condo, no elevators or stairs to climb - with 3 full sized beds. (1 Queen & 2 doubles) Comfy, clean and ready for your visit! This condo is bright, airy & relaxing.

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross a few parking spaces and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! Have your morning breakfast on the beach at Paradise Grille, a great snack shack with drinks - just steps from the condo.

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. This condo is clean and cozy and ready for your family to come enjoy your vacation. Nice sized condo with plenty of space.

Distance from Beach:

Beach is located just across the few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Units 100-400 are around the pool, area Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This unit is in the 700 building, around the shuffleboard court, on the backside.

Linens & towels are included.

Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. There is a nearby laundromat!

Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals

Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf/beach stores within walking distance.
There is a charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars, shopping is also close by.

Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 electronic parking pass is included, if needed!
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Friendly Native is great

We really enjoyed our stay at the Friendly Native ! The location is excellent. The pool is beautiful with lots of seating to enjoy the sun. Our unit was clean and as advertised. Will definately recommend and come again.

So-So...

The location was as expected. The beach was across the street from the condo. No issues there whatsoever. Had some problems throughout the week with the keyless entry system. 5 times out of 6 the keypad did not work. Had a few issues and had to reach out to maintenance or the property manager...not sure who I ended up speaking with. Regardless both people I spoke with were put out, was not knowledgeable on the keypad therefore could not help me. The complex lost power for a few hours on Tuesday (7/26). Alarms throughout the complex were going off the entire time. It was very annoying. The place was tidy, but not exactly clean. The bedroom with two bed had huge hairclumps on the floor and the bathroom had hair on the sink and in the tub. The wifi situation is unsightly as its just gathering dust on the floor in the corner. No dish soap, dish scrubbers, or washcloths. Bath towels could use some upgrading.

perfect location

Perfect location across from the beach with a great pool. Also very comfortable beds. Roger is great. The only negative is this rental doesn't provide any extras... be prepared to bring beach towels, beach accessories, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. We have rented from him multiple times and will again. Very accommodating.

Very cute little condo feels like a beachy bungalow. Very clean and close to the beaches. Had apmw minor parking issues (trying to find a spot to park) other then that the property is worth the $$

Not what was expected

Building 700 unit 701 was a complete and utter waste of money. To say it was out dated would be an understatement. The furniture was disgusting we had to put sheets on them just to sit down and the beds were aweful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Awesome stay

Great location mins. away from good dining such as Crabby's on the Pass, Sea Hags, and walking distance from Toasted Monkey, and Rick's Reef. Upham beach is awesome! Even saw a manatee! Roger the property manager was very quick on responding to us. The Condo was clean and quite after 10pm and if you're tired of the beach the pool was great too.
