Location was great, house was amazing, and the pool was comfortable... even in mid February. Really need some new beach chairs though. A lady on the beach recognized the rusty beach chairs we were carrying, and knew ecactly where we were staying. Lol. We totally enjoyed our stay though!

Great place and great location! Short walking distance to beach, pickleball courts, bars, and restaurants. Indoor and outdoor spaces are well set up and can accommodate a large group. Would stay here again.

Not What Was Expected

First let me say the owner of the property was very responsive to our texts when we had issues. Quick turnaround. The pictures online are a bit outdated, so beware. We discovered that one of the fridges on the main floor was dirty and we cleaned it out. The floor was really dirty, it had not been vacuumed or swept. A lot of sand left from the previous rental party. We eventually requested the cleaning crew come back out. Rooms on the main floor are very small. Not much room to move around let alone keep your luggage. I can't speak to the rooms upstairs. Bathroom sizes were ok, but can't say they were very clean either. Drains were clogged and a lot of hard water stains on the shower handles and shower head. Gross. Time to update the towels. Kitchen supplies were not available. No sponge, dish soap. Cooking utensils were inadequate, dirty. Lots of forks, spoons and knives. Dicing, Cutting knives were dull, so if you plan on cooking/cutting bring your own. Interior of home overall felt like fraternity house. Towards the end of our stay we found what I think were fly nests or spider nests on the ceiling by the front door. Again, gross. Exterior of home was dirty, more spider nests all along the soffits. Grill was so badly worn out you could see the ground below. Due to proximity to the beach this could be a very nice stay, but unfortunately, maintenance and cleanliness is very lacking. Again, owner was very responsive when we expressed concerns.

The house was absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for 15 women. Having towels and on site laundry was very appreciated and it was all very clean. We were aware of the amount of paper products but wish there had been a better supply for toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. We also had to buy dish soap to clean the dishes we could not put in the dishwasher. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay there and we highly recommend the property.

Great beach vacation for a large group

We had 5 couples and a toddler. We really enjoyed the property; it could have accommodated at least a few more couples, the beds were all king sized, there were an amazing number of television screens, two full sized refrigerator, and the grill worked great. We prepared several meals with no issues and played games around the large table. The location is great. We walked to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive. The beach was wonderful and not crowded. We parked 3 large rental cars with no problems, and a 4th would have fit. The property was spotless and well maintained. The management company was responsive and communication was effective. We all agreed we would stay there again if we plan another large family vacation to Florida

Family vaca! Ages 8-70!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house. The location is second to none, literally just steps to the beach and definitely within walking distance to Pier 60! The space in the home is great. There were 14 of us and we never felt as though we were on top of one another. The home seems to have been popular since our last stay in 2022. Just little things, the stools at the table need replacing, some of the doors around the handles were dirty. I’m just being picky, it’s a great house in a great location. The kids loved the pool! The management company is awesome - they respond promptly to contacts and sent a rep very quickly (like within hours!) to remedy our AC and make it much more comfortable! Read thoroughly what is included so you can plan accordingly. All in all, great property in a great location.

Family Reunion

Wonderful property and location for family reunion of 17, ranging from 5-75+. The pool supplied hours of entertainment for the younger kids. Very clean pool. Beach close. Beds for all. Roof top deck added attraction.

An 80th Birthday family celebration

A memorable good time was had by all. The pool was a big plus. We got 6 cars in the parking area even though it was advertised as 3 or 4. When a severe rainstorm happens, water runs down the steps and with the incline water went into the bathroom and the living room. We used the beach towels to get it up. Perhaps when this happens, if no one is there, someone should check on it to prevent damage to the floors.

Perfect piece of paradise.

Came down to Clearwater to celebrate my daughter's bachelorette weekend, with a total of 22 friends and family. The rental was plenty big enough for our large group and the location was easy and convenient to beach, restaurants, and shops.

Great location and setup!

The description and pictures are very accurate. We knew the pool would be small but it served us well. This house really is perfect for a group -plenty of comfortable beds, which to me is always a number one priority. There are enough bathrooms, though little bit awkward of layout of bathrooms to bedrooms. Clearly the house is older- retrofitted but they’ve done a decent job of it ! However it’s starting to show some wear and tear in the kitchen and a few other places. I should warn everyone especially the downstairs bedrooms about the noise levels throughout the hous. You’re up until the last person goes to bed and awake when the first person gets up, these are not thick walls and you hear everything but that was ok for us. The location cannot be beat. Just on the edge of town which is perfect - easy to get to but you don’t have to listen to it and the beach access is wonderful. Would recommend for a big group! You do need lots of supplies to get through the week- trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. we found very little spices and no pay it forward condiments etc. which drives up your grocery bill. And as everyone said older and very little kids would struggle with the spiral stairs. Regardless great management team super helpful and nice!

Clearwater volleyball vaca

We traveled down with a large group for our annual Clearwater volleyball vacation. Everything was amazing. The property managers were so responsive and we were a very short walk to the beach. Pool was heated and very comfortable. All guests were happy and looking to book again for next year.

Great space with ample sleeping room!

This was a great vacation space, extremely close to the beautiful white sand beach, great shopping and restaurants, short distance from airport, clean, modern, spacious rooms with great beds and 3 fridges which was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!!
