We loved the whole experience. It was our 80th birthdays and our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Just a couple suggestions:Put a Railing into the pool.Numbers on the dials on the stove to determine the temperature.And a new faucet in kitchen sink.

Spacious place for my family trip

Brett’s place was spacious enough for my family of 12. There were two laundry rooms and two kitchens. Quiet neighborhood. About 20 mins from Clearwater beach. 45 mins from Skyway fishing pier.

Family gathering

The house was perfect for the family gathering we had. Plenty of space to spread out, so no one had to feel like we were on top of each other. Next time will stay longer and rent a boat to get out on the lake.

Great Home

Had a great time staying at this property. We had 8 guys staying for a golf tournament and everything was great. The owner even had Amazon drop off new pool sticks when I messaged them and told them that there was only 1 working stick. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with everything you need.

The house itself is beautiful, well kept, and contains everything you need for a great trip. Between the screened in pool, multiple living rooms, pool table, and dock, there was no shortage of amenities. The entire first floor could have been an in-law suite of it's own, with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The 2nd and 3rd floors had the primary kitchen and bedrooms, all well stocked, cleaned and maintained. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and the neighbors we met were quite nice. Overall a wonderful place to stay. My only complaint is that we didn't have more time to spend here.

Stay was great but the impending storm caused us to leave 2 days early. Brett was an excellent host. Master bathroom was black and needed a little attention Lots of books, games and puzzles for kiddos. Truly a beautiful home

Perfect 50th birthday

We went for my 50th birthday and this house was everything we needed in a house. Lots of space, clean ,pool was great. Location was perfect. Walmart need by and publix. Flapp jacks restaurant near by was a good palce to get breakfast. Brett our host was great. He answered all my questions and on the last day I asked if we could stay later because we had a late checkout. Brett was quick to respond and say we can stay longer. We were 9 guys and we all felt we picked the right house for us. We rented a pontoon boat near by and enjoyed the lake and a restaurant not far on the lake. Thank you again Brett. I recommended this location to anyone. Enjoy if you do stay. You will he happy.

3 Families!

We stayed for a week at this property with 3 families and kids from 2-6! The layout was perfect for sharing the home and the basement/fun room was great after the kiddos went to sleep! The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We will absolutely return.

Beautiful house was immaculate on check-in. Multilevel house was well stocked for our large group. Good supply of towels in all bedrooms and baths. New dock was recently installed and provided a nice place to relax and wet a line.

Balanced relaxation

This multi-level property allowed my family and my brother's family with adult children and teens to be able to spread out and relax for six days in December of 2023. We were also able to come together for meals, swimming, and board games. This home has a lot to offer for this reason. Yes, there are steps between different bedrooms and the two kitchens, but the different levels allowed some of the family to stay up late and some to go to sleep on different schedules. The home has pots and pans, utensils and microwave/oven/stove/fridges on two different levels. We had to supply our own salt/pepper/cooking oil. The counterspace was great for us to serve buffet style meals for our large group. The pillows, towels and sheets were good quality for the beds provided, the throw blankets were cozy for naps on the couch, and the rooms were clean. The outdoor space and pool table room gave us a fun way to pass the time between the beach trip and other tourist events. We used the grill for burgers, and it worked great! We enjoyed Clearwater Beach and Dunedin restaurants after a quick internet search of local attractions. When hiccups occurred as they do in life, the host was helpful and honest in resolving the problems. The location of this home is on a quiet dead end street with canal access to the lake. For our family, this property provided us a comfortable place to make life long memories. Thanks to the hosts for the service of their property and the effective communication!

Good times

This was a wonderful place for our family Thanksgiving. Everyone had their own space if needed and there were plenty of gathering places. The pool table and the water pool added lots of fun for everyone. Any questions were answered immediately by the owners. We hope to be here again.
