Beachy feel in Downtown St Pete. Walking distance to everything.. Central ave is a short 10 minute walk away. We are in a quant, historic neighborhood with brick streets and a park just one block away. We also have a coffee shop, yoga studio and one of the best restaurants in St Pete just one block away.
