Our beautiful, resort-style community boasts a direct waterfront beach condo that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf waters and Intracoastal waterway. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 6th story condo is perfect for a fun, relaxing beach stay. The pool has just been completely resurfaced and has all new pavers on the whole surround. There is a brand-new huge pickleball facility onsite which is quite the draw!

One of the many highlights of this condo is the north-facing private, covered large balcony, which can be easily accessed from both the living room and the Owner’s Suite. This 24-foot balcony is shaded and usable all day, inviting you to relax and enjoy the gentle breeze while watching boats slowly meander by, an occasional dolphin and even the sun rise and set!

The condo has been beautifully renovated and the galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including solid surface countertops, integrated sink, a large refrigerator, a full-size stove/oven, a microwave, a full-size dishwasher, a regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, and bakeware.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with an adjustable king bed and private bathroom in one and a double and a twin bed in the other. You'll love the peacefulness of the concrete flooring between units above and below, ensuring a quiet and restful night's sleep.

Bay Shores Tennis & Yacht Club is situated on 4.5 acres of Intracoastal Waterway frontage and directly across the street from the beach. Enjoy our waterfront heated pool and spa, tiki bar, onsite fishing pier, boat slips, picnic gazebos, shuffleboard court, 3000 Sq Ft Rooftop Sundeck, and observation deck with views for miles. We also have Lighted Tennis & Pickleball Courts, a Putting Green, as well as a clubhouse, sauna facilities, and designated areas for bikes and kayak/paddle board storage.

You won't have to go far for great food and entertainment either, as there are many boutique shops and restaurants within walking distance. Take a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping, and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats, and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Clearwater Beach is also just 10 minutes away to the north, offering another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as the Clearwater Aquarium.

Don't forget to take advantage of our Boat Rental Delivery Service, located just 1/2 mile away. With 12 restaurants with pull-up parking for boats and kayaks within 2 miles of the complex, there's plenty to do for watercraft enthusiasts. You may even spot dolphins and manatees throughout the day!
