** A neighboring building has started construction. We've not been given any timeline for estimated completion by the neighbors, unfortunately. Noise from this project is to be expected.**
Cypress & Sun A3 is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that accommodates 6 guests. Enjoy the best of both worlds with beautiful intercoastal waterway views and you still have private beach access just steps away! When entering the condo you are met with a wall of sliding doors leading out to a beautiful private balcony with the intercoastal views in all directions. Across the street is also a fishing dock! Comfortable furnishings along with a fully equipped kitchen will make it easy to come in and relax after your day's adventures. Catch the breathtaking sunsets on the beach or bring your favorite beverage out on the balcony and get that well-deserved relaxation time in. Make memories and return to Cypress & Sun for your yearly getaway!!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Ice/water stainless refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker & drip coffee maker, teapot, 2 slice toaster, and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Table with 6 chairs, small buffet table, and 3 countertop stools.
Living Room: Leather sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end table, TV, bench, and ceiling fan. Sliding doors to a private balcony
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, a TV, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity, step-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, TV, bench, 2 nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity & step-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #3: 2 twin beds, bookshelf w/ games, nightstand, dresser, TV, and ceiling fan.
Laundry: Washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, beach towels, and pack-n-play in the hallway closet.
Deck: Private deck with a hanging basket chair and 3 bistro chairs.
Beach Locker: 5 fishing poles, 2 coolers, 2 beach umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, boogie boards, beach canopy, and sand surf toys.
Notes: Grilling is not allowed on the property. All guests must abide by the HOA rules and regulations. An HOA agreement must be signed before check-in.
*This unit is on the third floor. The ground floor is parking. There are no elevators.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
5. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
HOA Association: Renting this condo requires you to abide by the rules and guidelines set by the HOA association. Upon booking, you will be required to sign an HOA Association Rules & Guidelines agreement. This agreement must be completed before check-in.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 2 parking spaces. There is no guest parking.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
