  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Our stay was fantastic! There was only one problem which was no big deal the sliding glass door in the bedroom was inoperable. Over all excellent I would return to same unit again. One of the most clean places I have ever stayed!

Perfect Location - Caprice Resort

Everything worked out perfectly from booking the condo to checkout! On site property team very helpful. Location on beach was perfect. The unit was impeccably decorated and did not disappoint. Will come back!

Relaxing stay.

We felt “at home” in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the view of the beach and the sound of the waves! Conveniently located to restaurants and various stores. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxed Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at this location for a few nights. This is a quiet beach and the condo had a lovely view. It is away from the main tourist beach areas but is on a public access beach with daily parking. One parking space is provided with the rental. The kitchen as expected was tiny but had the basics. As seems to be the case every time we rent, the kitchen utensils were very heavily used, dull knives, no true nonstick pan, etc...however, you can get by with these basics. When we used the oven, the fire alarm would go off each time I opened the oven door to check the cooking progress because of the heat wafting up to a nearby alarm. That was a little annoying. The bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some decent little restaurants within walking distance. We would book here again.

Perfect Location/Beautiful View

Conveniently located ON the beach, near shops and restaurants was the number one thing we liked about this property. It was super easy to get in and out without much contact and having the car parked under the building was convenient. The pool was small and crowded, so we never felt comfortable using it. The balcony had excellent views both during the day and at night. Being covered, it offered shade and lots of usable space. The kitchen was very basic and the bathroom quite small, but the bed was comfortable and the living area spacious. We had some frustration with wifi and the lock on the door, but those were quickly remedied. This was our first trip to St. Petersburg Beach and we loved it.

Very Pleased With This Unit

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at the Caprice in this unit. Loved the layout. The unit was very clean and nicely equipped. Balcony view of the ocean is a little limited, but we enjoyed the variety of green space, beach and ocean. St. Pete Beach is gorgeous at this location. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Just book it already!!!

This property was perfect for our anniversary beach vacation! The balcony beach view did not disappoint nor did the short walk to the sand. We were able to rent chairs and an umbrella from a vendor on the beach right ne t to the property. There were several places to walk down the beach for great drinks and live music. The property was super comfy and had everything we needed and the air was super cold! Self check in was a breeze. I would definitely book this unit again!!!

Honeymoon trip

Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful for the most part. We stayed Sunday through Friday and there's so many things to do and places to eat in walking distance. And there's a secret garden along the beach we found and it's the most beautiful site I've ever been to. Must see!

Perfect spot

Beautiful beach. Property was exactly as described with a nice pool and private beach area. Restaurants close by, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of sun and sand. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Love this place
