This boutique hotel is located on Gulf Blvd, providing quick and easy access to get to other areas of Treasure Island or John’s Pass. The entrance to #7 is nestled near the back of the hotel, with a door that opens into the courtyard area.
The space in this unit features a King size bed along with a TV with Roku streaming device. The unit has a mini fridge and coffee maker. You can find a safe in each unit to store your valuables while visiting the nearby beaches and surrounding areas. The bathrooms feature a walk in shower and an available hair dryer.
Our outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and fun. We have a lounging cabana with seating for two, perfect for a cozy chat or enjoying a good book. For additional seating, we have a deep seating sofa set to kick back and relax as well as some lounge chair sets with umbrellas. You can also sway away your worries in our comfortable hammock, perfect for an afternoon nap. For those looking for some fun, we have yard games such as connect 4 and Jenga to enjoy with family and friends. And when you get hungry, our BBQ grill area is perfect for cooking up some delicious meals to be enjoyed at our Picnic table. There are also additional deep seating chairs in the BBQ area.

Located on the north end of Treasure Island, just a couple blocks from Johns Pass, our hotel provides easy access to this charming waterfront village. -The responsible party that is booking and staying for the reservations must be of 18 years or older.
-If you have a pet you must declare the pet and pay the pet fee. You must use the designated pet areas for relief and pick up after your pet and hose off the turf area after use. No pets beyond the signs of restriction.
-No aggressive breeds. Max 35 lbs. Must be fully trained. No excessive barking as this may disturb other guests.
-Quiet hours at the hotel are from 10 pm until 8 am. Please refrain from excessive noise during these hours. This includes music, voices, or any possibly disturbing noises that could disrupt other guests.
-No visitors. Only registered guests are allowed on premises.
-No Smoking, vaping, use of illicit drugs, or excessive intoxication anywhere on premises.
-Beach Equipment must be rinsed off after use prior to entering the courtyard and rooms and should be stored inside the unit.
