The host is always a phone call away! The weather was NOT great but as this is the second time we stayed there we were well aware of all the places to go. The restaurants are terrific, with Salt Rock Grill and Guppies being our favorites! Although too windy to sit on the beach, the pool was blocked from the wind and was very comfortable. We will go back!!!!

We came for the oceanfront balcony which did not disappoint!!!! Spent all our time down on the beach or on that balcony!!!! Except when we were visiting the great nearby restaurants..Haha

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Hamilton House condo. We celebrated our 30th anniversary while there and it couldn’t have been better. The communication with Sam was great, the unit was cozy and very clean, and the proximity (just steps) to the beach was perfect. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit during the week due to exploring the area and enjoying the beach, we loved watching the sunsets on the balcony. This place was perfect for the two of us and we will be back.

We had a wonderful time in Samuel’s beautiful condo. This was our third or fourth stay. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room for our family. We highly recommend.

Ideal vacation condo and area

Our host, Sam Kabbash was extremely helpful and kind. The Condo was clean and the beds comfortable, and stocked very well with everything you needed to cook, eat and keep area clean. The view from balcony was absolutely amazing. Weather was great. There were some outstanding places to eat-CoCos, Keagans and TJ Italians were our favorite. All in all a wonderful vacation. Thanks to Sam so much.

This condo has the perfect location on Indian Rocks Beach. We especially enjoyed the balcony no matter the weather. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is close to many restaurants and bars. The area is great for walking. The best part is being right on the beach. Loved our two weeks here.

Great location

Easy access with codes and directions. Parking is close to stairwell that opens across from condo door. Nice bath and beach towels. Love having a Keurig. Close walk to some restaurants. Comfy king sheets but mattress is worn. New kitchen appliances. Thermostat has locked settings. Nice balcony on corner by palm tree.

Great stay

Perfect location and view from large balcony. Unit has updated kitchen but baths and furnishings are old and unkept. Towels stained and extremely rough - we’ll bring our own next time. Pillows stained, bath not clean and kitchen dishes dirty. We had to wash and clean when we arrived, we sent host pictures and he agreed unacceptable but we received no resolve. Once we cleaned and got over the cleanliness issues and put soiled stuff aside, we had a great stay. Highly suggest soiled pillows, linens and towels be tossed.

Indian Rocks Beach 2024

Our group consisted of 13 family & friends. The location is perfect with easy access to Shops, Restaurants & definitely BEACH!! Next year we are planning on 26 !!!

IRB Vacation

We had an awesome stay. Several small issues in the condo. Spare bedroom closet is ready to fall off. The hallway bathroom water pressure is extremely high. The water stings your body. The sink water pressure sprays your body. The master bedroom outlet by the drawers doesn't work. The water pressure in the master bathroom is low. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Kitchen is well stocked.

Great Gulf stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our family. Nice quiet location. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach. Quick and easy access to the beach and within walking distance to a number of restaurants. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Best Balcony on the Beach!

As a nature lover, I really enjoyed this oceanfront balcony alongside several lush palm trees above perfectly vegetated dunes with a short distance to the water. We have stayed at many oceanfront condos over the years, and this one is my favorite. The beach was never too crowded and the Indian Rocks area is gorgeous and well kept. There are many great restaurants within a few miles and even within walking distance. This condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. I highly recommend a stay at this condo!

Hamilton House condo

Overall very nice condo. Very clean, great view from large balcony, well equipped. Host (Samuel) quite responsive and helpful. This is our second time renting this condo and would recommend.
