The quaint and intimate Arie Dam Condominium Complex offers a heated pool and spa beachside and BBQ grill.



Admire endless sweeping views of the Gulf shores from your private oversized screened-in balcony. Then, retreat to the spacious living area highlighted by cool coastal tones, stylish seating, and a beachfront backdrop. When mealtime comes around, the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar has everything you could possibly need to treat your friends with savory homecooked meals.



The luxurious main suite offers a king bed, a cozy personal work desk, and private balcony access. Additionally, this bedroom features an en suite bath with granite dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate shower/ tub combination. The second bedroom offers a seaside sanctuary with a queen, twin trundle bed, and Intracoastal balcony access. An adjoining second bathroom hosts a granite vanity and walk-in shower.

Beautuful condo but the property managers are TERRIBLE!! Did not receive the access code until an hour after check-in. Messaged multiple times & either got an AI response or no response at all. Tried to call the phone number & it wasn’t a valid number. Emailed also with no response. Also tried to get an hour later check out due to the lost time in the beginning & again got an AI response stating the local team would get back to me & never heard anything. It’s a shame such a beautiful place is being managed so so poorly!!

Hurricane work messy. Trouble with refrigerator keeping assigned temp. Need a working foot washer. Pool and hot tub not repaired yet. Matthew manager very helpful!!!

Spectacular Sunset Views

Stayed for 10 days in this corner condo right on the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable for a family of 5. Appreciated the extras like beach chairs and skim boards etc. Our only disappointment was the hot tub was not functioning and the shower for rinsing off coming in from the beach was not working. Despite contacting Vacasa twice and mentioning this nothing was done. We would really have enjoyed a warm dip in an hot tub because the weather in January was chilly. There was no BBQ on site ans listed. Other than that we certainly enjoyed a comfortable stay in this condo and the large screened balcony with views of the gulf was wonderful.

Christmas Vacation

I was slightly concerned about what we would find after reading some previous reviews; however, it exceeded our expectations. Getting both the sunrise and the sunset is a major bonus. We will definitely be back!

We frequent this area every summer and while this condo was OK it was not as advertised. Condo is clean and beds are comfy but it is damp and musty with BLACK MOLD in the master bathroom which was completely disgusting. Condo is also next to Public beach access so you really don’t get the vacay vibe.Condo definitely needs some cleaning up and updating. Also if you have small children there are no smart TVs.

Amazing Condo

My wife and I had a great time at this condo. Everything was nice and clean. We have stayed a multiple condos at Madeira Beach and this one was the best so far. We bought too much alcohol/beer and left it in the pantry for the next guests. Hopefully someone enjoyed it. We visited November 13-18, 2022. One thing I would suggest is a beach umbrella. Easier than the shade tent thing in the wind.

Amazing place!!!

One of the best places we have stayed at. Clean, well equipped, beautiful view of the ocean....the balcony was the absolute best!! The closet full of sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels and knee boards were an added bonus that my daughter loved!!

Breathtaking view of the gulf!

Nicely decorated and very clean. Loved being able to walk right out to the water! Many restaurants and St John's Pass close by to fill in the times not on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful views!

The property was very accurate to the pictures uploaded and the other reviews. The location is amazing with great views and is close to many attractions. It was very clean and we had everything we needed available to us. We will definitely be returning!

Family friendly

The condo is a spacious, well-equipped corner unit with beautiful natural light and an awesome balcony. The furnishings are adequate but could use an extra blanket or two for those cooler days/evenings. The two pocket-doors in the master bath were broken. An attempt was made by maintenance from Teeming Vacation Rentals to fix them, but they were unable to get them working properly during our stay. Overall, we loved the neighborhood, the beach access, and the pool/hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving Gathering

We decided to "go to" family instead of them traveling to us and this condo was perfect for our gathering. Checkin communication was great and the place was spotless when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the condo and the enclosed balcony was great to watch sunrises with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils which made Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. Beach towels, chairs, sand buckets and boogie boards were also there which was a plus. Walkability was a 10 with restaurants and the Winn Dixie not far. Overall, we had a great time and really glad we chose this condo!

Condo on beach with great view

My family of 5 had a great vacation. The location was perfect. Several restaurants are in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was spacious and had an amazing view. Condo had everything we needed for beach..beach toys, cooler, chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals in. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends in the future.

Great view and comfortable place to stay

This condo was a perfect getaway for this family of 4. Not only was it beautifully decorated and well supplied, it has a beautiful view of the ocean. It is a corner unit so not only did you get the balcony view, you were also able to look down the beach from the the side windows. It was well stocked with beach supplies to use and I love how past renters left their extras (lotion, sunscreen, coffee, etc). The beds were comfy and there was a large supply of puzzles we enjoyed while it rained. The kitchen was very well stocked and it made making meals easy. My kids loved the pool (and it was cleaned almost everyday!) and the beach is just through a locked gate (don’t forget your key!!!) off the pool area. The only issue we had was the two sliding doors were a bit difficult to slide shut in the master bath and dressing area. I’m sure this is a simple fix and we just had to put a little more effort in shutting these. The parking space was perfectly located under the building and out of the warm sun and right across from the door to enter the lobby. The lobby is supplied with three large carts to help transport luggage or groceries to the condo. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who loves beautiful views of the ocean and a well stocked, comfortable place to stay. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Outstanding Location

We enjoyed everything about Arie Dam 301. The screened in patio was our morning and evening retreat. Being a corner unit was wonderful, as you can see up and down the beach. The sunsets were amazing, and seeing the dolphins swim in front of our unit was over the top! The unit offers all the comforts of home and then some. It has an amazing “toy closet” for all your beach needs from chairs, to an umbrella, beach towels and more. And the location is terrific. Be sure to walk down the beach to the new Caddy’s for lunch, drinks or dinner. And we found the Reef, across the street, to have great food and an incredible lobster mac ‘n cheese. There’s a lot happening at Madeira beach! Can’t wait to go back. ❤️

Fabulous stay

The condo was well laid out. The decor was lovely. The location was ideal (walkable, bikeable and/or a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping). Enjoyed Dockside Daves (across the street); Slyce for pizza; Broke n Bored; and Marios Ristorante. The view from the condo was picturesque and the sunsets were amazing. Would recommend this condo. We had a family of 4 (2 adults; a 17yo and 13 yo).

Perfect destination!

The property was just as listed, very spacious and beautiful and in the best location as you could walk to just about everywhere! One of the neatest was out having coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins right off shore! We would surely come back to this location!!
