The listing was accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dunedin is a great place close to the beaches and has really nice restaurants. Our host was very accommodating and would recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend, the confidence that everything/place was practically walking distance was great!! Our hist Linda was very responsive when we reached out to her!😊 We would stay there again! The staff employed by the time share and at Marker 8 was amazing and they made sure our stay was great!

Beso Del Sol vacation in Dunedin

We were looking for a resort stay on the Gulf coast and staying here for 5 nights offered every every thing we hoped for....tiki bar on the water with the most beautiful sunsets, swimming pools, restaurant and the most friendly staff! They were all great! Would highly recommend and will be going back.

Great location- bike and walking path within a block, lots of activities to choose from. The resort had bikes available to use. Enjoyed sitting amongst the bamboo trees from balcony. Will stay again.

Nice couple of days!

My wife and I spent a couple days here and really enjoyed ourselves. Must say that the resort was nice with the Tiki Bar and restaurant right at the bottom of the elevator. The unit was relaxing, clean and very quiet. We'll be back and will recommend it to others.

This place was very clean & I’m a neat freak. Location perfect, close to everything & cute town. Water pressure & hot water great. Our only let down was the the hot tub has been out of service since the hurricanes & this is something that should have been disclosed. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit is as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well appointed.Location to Dunedin was perfect for us, approximately a 20 min walk along the Pinellas trail. 30 minutes to the TD Ballpark.Beautiful Sunsets from here. Laundry facilities in the building is a bonus. Overall we were extremely satisfied and have no issue recommending this listing.

Good location, great getaway

Dunedin beaches and downtown area are worth visiting. Great restaurants downtown and nearby. The condo, although older was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Nice outdoor balcony patios and well equipped kitchen was a plus. The check in and check out process was efficient. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Anniversary Staycation

We stay at Linda's place at least once a year, sometimes more. Linda communicates well and is very accommodating. The condo is cute, well appointed, clean, comfortable, the bed is very comfy, and check in is always a breeze. Marker8 being on site is a great Bonus and its a short hop to downtown Dunedin or Honeymoon Island. Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice and clean. The property wasnt dirty but the restaurant/tiki bar trash smelled bad walking through the parking lot to the elevator. The properry was right on the gulf with beautiful sunsets every night.

This was a first time visit and we chose it because we were looking for a smaller building but close to water. Having TWO pools was a plus along with a restaurant and bar onsite as well. The communication and information beforehand was accurate and appreciated. Smooth checkin and the unit was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pools, restaurant and bar and we’ll come back again.
