The amenities at this well-maintained property are endless! The community features a beautiful large heated pool and spa, a deck with loungers and tables with umbrellas. A nice BBQ area with gas grills with tables are available for our tenants’ use. Steps away from the sand to sink your toes into from sunrise to sunset. Did we mention how beautiful the sunsets are here! This condo has the most spectacular view to enjoy sitting on the outdoor sitting area from the balcony, overlooking all of this while sipping your coffee or a glass of wine.

1 Assigned parking space under the building and there are guests parking spots on first come first serve basis.

Restaurants (including famous Salt Rock Grill), bars, and miniature golf are easily within walking distance. Famous Salt Rock Grill is just steps away. The Suncoast Beach Trolly stops right out front. Jump in and explore the 30 mile stretch of beaches between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Indian Shores is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg to the South and Clearwater to the North, cities loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. You won’t run out of things to do here! You will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
