Bahia Vista Waterfront Pool Home IRB

355 Bahia Vista Home is a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom pool home accommodating 8 guests. Bahia Vista has “luxury” inside and out! This home sits right on the intercoastal waterway and as you walk into the home you are met with a wall of windows that offers a gorgeous view! There are 2 coastal-style living areas, one for relaxing and enjoying the view or watching the kids in the pool, and the other is set up for a movie night and lounging. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to stay in and make dinner while guests sit at the breakfast nook. The dining room features a table and seats for 8, a bar with 2 stools, and a wine chiller. All 4 bedrooms are well appointed with your own TV in each. Vacation feels real when you walk outside!! There are dining tables, bistro-style seating, pool loungers, and a resort-style sitting area. You could also sit right on the dock and watch the boats go by and possibly catch the dolphins playing. The beautiful heated pool sits right in the middle of it all!! There is a game room outside with a foosball table surrounded by windows. Another bonus is that you are a 5-minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach and you can take the 6-seater golf cart (access provided upon signing a waiver)!!

The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator w/ ice & water, stove/oven and hood, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, knife block, toaster, counter sitting area w/ 1 chair, breakfast nook with table and bench seating. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Dining table with 8 chairs, buffet table, corner ber w/ 2 barstools, and a beverage/wine cooler.
Living Room #1: Oversized sofa, coffee table, chair, end table, ceiling fan, and doors to the outdoor oasis.
Living Room #2: Large sectional, large ottoman, chair, end table, TV & console table, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, nightstand tables, hanging rack for clothes, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity, soaking tub & shower.
Bedroom #2: King-size bed, dresser, TV, nightstand, mirror, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, bench, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and Jack n Jill door to the second bathroom.
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity. No tub.
Bedroom #4: Full-over-full Bunkbed, TV, and Jack n Jill door to the second bathroom.
Bedroom Closet: Full washer and dryer.
Outdoor Oasis: Resort style sitting area w/ coffee table, bar high dining table with 6 stools, bistro table with 2 chairs, 2 pool loungers and 4 chairs, grill, sun room with foosball table, ice chest beverage cooler, dock and bench. Beach equipment is provided, including beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, sand toys, and a beach umbrella.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Golf Cart Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows for 4 parking spaces in the driveway. Grass and street parking are not permitted.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
