Beautiful hidden TREASURE

The Boutique Beach resort is a hidden treasure! From the moment we open the door to room number 11, we fell in love with the place! It was absolutely stunning. Our room had everything you could ever want. It was sparkling, clean, and had beautiful decor. The staff was great and readily available. They made checking in and checking out a breeze. Our last words to the owner, was we will definitely be back

3 Night - Family of 6 getaway

Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for a family of 6 (ages: 7/5/5months x2). Staff were all very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Beach was just a short walk across the street and a nice composite walkway to the beach. Restaurants were walkable especially to Johns Pass. Pool was comfortably heated and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our time at BBR and we highly recommend this property to others.

I am so happy I found this sweet little place it was absolutely perfect everything, every detail, comfort level, space, amenities, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable family room, big TV, two great size bedrooms with comfortable beds and TVs, Awesome bathroom with a big tub and a fabulous shower, a nice size 2 person sink with countertop and a pool right outside the door also parking right outside everything was great walk across the street and you’re at the beach !!! I want to come back I just want to live in room number 11!!

We stayed 4 nights in August 2023. Hôtel is very very well located to go the beautiful beach. We were in the biggest room 11. The hotel was given an update with paint but it is still old. The bathroom needs to be redone and the beds need to be changed and on a more solid structure. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and the pool as well but don t expect a 4* boutique hotel. Choose for the location and all amenities provided to go to the beach

We enjoyed our stay! The communication we received was prompt & accurate. We were in #11, which was clean and matched the description we were given. We love the beach and it is an easy walk! Having access to beach chairs, umbrella & other items is icing on the cake. We love having those amenities when staying near the beach. We walked to John’s Pass boardwalk easily & enjoyed the area. The only things that weren’t perfect were the parking and pool size. Parking is very limited, but that seems to be the case in many beach areas. The pool is small for being for multiple units, but it was warm, and very well cared for, so that is to be noted. We were there for the beach & so it would not affect our decision to stay again!

My husband and adult daughter spent Sunday through Friday at this cute place. Katie and her staff were amazing! So helpful from getting us booked around our schedule, friendly, daily conversations with all the guests and just genuine people! Room #11 was great as they just finished the renovations. Room had all the essential items needed to cook/grill nightly if needed, plenty of towels/pool towels, hangers, iron & board. I already made a suggestion to Katie about adding shelves or small dressers for clothes. Even though it’s not directly on the beach, the location was perfect across the street from beach access and nice walking distance either direction for restaurants and shops. We learned that one of the owners is from our home town which made us feel even better about picking this place for a quick getaway. Excited to tell our family and friends about this great place!

Girls Weekend Getaway

Stayed here for three days/two nights for a quick girls getaway. Our room, number 11, was wonderful. The hideaway bed in the couch is not comfortable at all, but the other two beds were adequate, and the sheets were all very clean. The two very, very small issues we had were taken care of by management very quickly-the lock on our door needed a new battery and the weather took out the cable which was not their fault. Do note tha there were no beach items such as chairs or umbrellas as advertised on the website. The chairs they had were broken and not usable and there was not an umbrella to use. The location was excellent and the stay guide that was provided was very helpful!

Florida family Christmas!

Enjoyed our spacious two bedroom stay, the pool area and barbecue worked perfect for family meals. It was an easy walk to the beach with an ice cream shop on the way.
