Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 300 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 300 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. Beautiful
Spent 2 days here and thoroughly enjoyed it. So close to a non busy section of the beach where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Thankful to Joe for supplying beach chairs and all we could need to make it an enjoyable stay. The cottage was cozy and Joe didn’t scrimp on any part. We will return.

Perfect studio
This studio was just the right size for my husband and I. And just steps from the gulf or to Clearwater and the restaurants and shops. Joe was available and super helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect location, a bit small.
First off, the lack of a 5th star has absolutely nothing to do with Joe. He was incredibly nice, communicative every step of the way and did a fantastic job of welcoming us and being a resource. If your goal is to be on the quieter side of Clearwater Beach, very close to the beach and don't plan on spending much time in the room, this place is perfect. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the place is REALLY small, even smaller than the pictures make it seem. It was just me and my wife and we felt incredibly cramped. All of the appliances and furnishings are very high end and Joe did a great job with the space available, but unfortunately there's no way to make it bigger. If that doesn't matter to you, then please rent this place as everything else was great and we still had an amazing mini-vacation!

The apartment was just a few steps to the beach and on a quiet street. The apartment was updated and clean. The owner was easy to reach via email, text or phone. If we get a chance to visit Clearwater Beach again we will want to stay there.

49th Wedding Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I enjoyed our 49th anniversary at this cozy rental located only a few steps from Clearwater Beach! The facility was just large enough for two, but it was clean, modern and well-equipped. An interesting shopping center was within walking distance. Our host Joe, provided necessary information plus made great suggestions to enhance our stay. Would highly recommend.
