POOL CLOSURE-The pool, hot tub and pool deck are currently being renovated until the end of November. The neighboring building is offering pool access to our guests. There may be some construction noise during the day. Rates are reflective of this inconvenience. The beach and Gulf is open! Rates are reflective of this. Any questions please ask us! Thanks.

Amazing property with amazing views!

Ken and Ellen are wonderful hosts. They were very responsive with the booking and helpful with questions during our stay. The property is gorgeous and very clean. The view was outstanding, and directly overlooking the beach. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Excellent Owners!

The owners and maintenance staff were excellent and accommodating. We actually rode out Hurricane Helene here! The storm surge was a record for this area. The owner even had daughter bring us food when island was restricted travel! TY We are looking forward to re-booking as soon as possible!

The property was a perfect location right on the quiet beach and was well stocked. Our family greatly appreciated all of the beach and pool toys, chairs and cooler already stocked in the condo! The check in was easy, the owners were very responsive and the guests/residents we met during our stay were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Our condo was in great condition, the view was breathtaking, and the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable. The deck area was perfect! We also saw dolphins every morning which was a highlight of our trip. We do plan to visit again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend the week with our family!

The property was perfect, and the view from the balcony was well worth it especially when we had a clear night to see some great sunsets. The place had everything we needed and was nicely decorated with comfy beds for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely go back.

Great time as always!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and love it! Very clean and literally steps from the beach. We saw dolphins several days while relaxing on the patio. The owners, Ken and Ellen, couldn't be more friendly to work with and everything you need is in the condo. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Beautiful view

This condo was perfect for our family's visit to FL. The views were stunning. We had all the space we needed, it was easy to find and centrally located between St Pete's and Clearwater. We would come back here again if we are ever in the area!

Family get away

Spent time with our daughter and grandsons. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. Beautiful beach and lovely salt water pool. Sunset views from the balcony were stunning. Lots of memories made ❤️

Great Stay!

Despite 3 days of rain we loved it!! The condo was so well stocked from towels, beach towels , chairs, umbrellas and sand toys!! It was very clean and spacious. All the beds were very comfortable. The only down part is that it’s booked up for many months to come!! I will definitely stay here again!!

You can’t get any better views or closer to the beach than this! The condo was exactly what we wanted for our family vacation! Well stocked, great amenities and Wonderful owners to work with! We spent every morning/evening on the balcony! We will be back for sure!!
