Our charming and centrally located home is in the heart of St. Pete. Whether you're a beach lover, city explorer, or someone who wants to experience the best of both worlds, this is the perfect place for you.
The space
An open living room and fully equipped kitchen make this a well-designed space to hang out with your whole crew. There’s a bright and fun sunroom in the front of the house, great for relaxing with your morning cup of coffee and/or winding down after a day of fun.
If you need to catch up on some work, we have a designated workspace in front of a huge picture window with plenty of natural light.
The bathroom is supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, lotion, room spray, and make-up wipes (the iron and travel size ironing board can be found in the hall closet.)
Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, dresser, closet with hangers, lamps, laundry hamper, ceiling fans, and portable fans.
There’s a washer and dryer in the attached garage supplied with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and anti-wrinkle spray.
If you forgot your chargers, don’t worry we have a charging station with a variety of attachments.
Headed to the beach? You’re welcome to use the beach bag, six beach towels, sunscreen, and after sun lotion (all can be found in the hall closet).
Guest access
Parking is available in the driveway behind the home. The driveway can fit up to three vehicles.
You'll be issued a personalized code on check-in day. Please use the entrance on the side of the home closest to the driveway (40th Street).
Other things to note
-The backyard access is through the attached garage.
-The washer and dryer are located in the garage.
-This is a pet friendly home. If you or a family member are allergic to pets, it's safer not to book this property. We do our best with cleaning but pet hair is unpredictable :)
