Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. This is our second time staying at this location. We love what it has to offer and the convenience of its location not only to the beach, but also to several local restaurants.
This is a great stay for families , spacious condo, the water park is fun, short walk to the beautiful beach, lots of restaurants to enjoy and shopping. It's a must for us every year!
We loved this condo. We loved the view from balcony and spent most of our time at the condo, on the balcony. Rooms were spacious, kitchen had all amenities we needed. We stayed here for 3 nights, was very impressed! My kids were so excited about the waterpark right out the door. I appreciated the very clear step by step instructions that were provided! We had a slight incident come up, contacted host and situation was addressed within a very reasonable amount of time. Definitely going to be back!
This property was perfect! Not far at all from the beach, had an amazing view and was also super clean when we got there. The owner was also very quick with answering any questions we had. I loved this and would 1000% come back!
Have stayed at several condos on this complex. This one was one of the best. No problems at all. Beds Comfortable. Provided plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and beach toys. Very clean and neat. Nice overlook of intercoastal. Overall, Great, will definitely stay again!
We stayed at this well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable condo. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It felt like we were taking an island vacation. We were looking forward to using the onsite Water Park, but it was still closed for repairs and maintenance. The kids were disappointed about that. Nonetheless, the family loved the amenities and felt right at home.
The property was very clean. The location was great. The only negative was a few things need to be updated. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. The front bedroom mattresses were uncomfortable. The waterpark was great.

Loved the condo...not the water park
The condo itself was perfect for our family. All amenities you need and the beds were comfy! Gorgwous view of the bay! We choose this condo specifically for the water park as my kids are not big fans of the ocean. The staff at the water park were very rude and dis not honor the guest pass discount of half off. The website even showed discount prices and they wouldn't honor it for day passes. Overall we still had a great time. Location of condo is walking distance to beach, restaurants and more. Quick drive to Clearwater and Johns Pass.
This was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach. We came with our family (3 kids and grandparents) and stayed for 6 nights over New Years. At this time the days are short and the weather is nice, but not hot. As such, we spent more time in the unit than others would if they stayed a different time of year.
The unit is basic and was equipped with only the essentials-even then items such as a strainer or cheese grater are not included. Often at short stay condos, the cupboards have other items left behind by previous guests (oil, spices etc) which is nice. Here, only salt and pepper remained. The furniture is basic and quite cheap. The couch is comfortable, but that fits only 2 or 3 people. The beds were OK, but the front bedroom could benefit from an option of curtains over the blinds (mornings are bright!). In contrast, the back bedroom is extra dark. There also weren’t any other fun ‘touches’, like a few games to play/cards. Good thing we brought our own.
The splash harbour passes were a nice bonus, but given the time of year, they didn’t get much use as the days are short, temperatures cool, and the park is in shade much of the day.
I chose this unit due to the exceptional reviews. On staying I would say this is an overall 2 or 3 star unit, but gets higher ratings due to its general location and responsiveness of manager. If the unit is just a place to sleep for you, then this one will do.
Beautiful place and close to the beach, restaurants.Water park was nice but since we don’t have kids we didn’t get to use it . This is definitely a perfect place for a family vacation.
This was a great property in a great location. It was clean and well maintained. I was worried it would be small for our crew of 7 but there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and have fun.
