Good central location. Very close to public transit stops.
Having a fridge and microwave in the room is pretty basic in north America so I did not check that the room did not have it and was surprised to not have it in the room. Reception did offer us to use the microwave in their kitchen which was nice.
I definitely forgot a sweater which was a special gift, called them same day to inform about it but they said it was not found... didn't expect that in an honorable country such as Germany, in a city like Munich.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk was brusque. Admittedly we were in town during Oktoberfest, but also, hospitality is their actual job. They didn’t do anything wrong, they just weren’t especially helpful. I had messaged about car parking before I arrived, yet I had to pull up the messages to prove it before they would allow me to pay €20 for the garage key. They also offered no flexibility for parking after checkout despite there being tons of room in the garage. All of this was within their right, but also gave the feeling that guests were to be endured rather than indulged.

Location was good for getting to the hauptbahnhof. We did find a bug in the bathroom, I will spare you the variety 😬 but to be expected in an old building, maybe pest control was due soon. Like most big cities, around the train station is a little less desirable and shady characters but didn’t feel unsafe just a bit wary. The breakfast was great. Bed was very hard in a couple of the rooms we stayed as we had 3 rooms booked for family. Price was good.
