We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in St. Michaels and would happily return. The house itself is lovely, with so many cozy little nooks that made it feel both comfortable and special. The card table was a huge hit with our family and became a favorite gathering spot.The outdoor space was truly the highlight. The pier gave us endless enjoyment from morning until night. Crabbing became such a fun family activity and kept us entertained for hours every day. The pool was the perfect temperature for hot summer days, and the kids happily alternated between the pool and hot tub nonstop.I especially loved spending quiet moments reading and knitting on the pier or by the pool. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The location was also fantastic: private and serene, yet only minutes from downtown St. Michaels for shopping, coffee, lunch, or dinner.The management team was excellent, responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. They even helped arrange extra details like boat tour contacts, which made planning effortless. Overall, this was a memorable family getaway, and we highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Property, But the Home Needs Better Maintenance

I don’t often leave reviews, but since this property only had one, I wanted to share our experience to help future guests.The property and surrounding landscape are absolutely stunning — the views are truly the highlight of this rental. However, the home itself could use significant maintenance. The pool had issues starting on day one, and the pool service company was at the house daily during our entire stay, which unfortunately disrupted our vacation.Inside, the home could benefit from some basic but important upkeep. The couch was extremely worn and stained, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The quilts and shams on the beds were visibly dirty, which made us grateful we brought our own bedding The kitchen lacked sufficient storage for groceries, which made meal prep and organization inconvenient. The exterior of the home also showed clear signs of neglect and would benefit from routine maintenance.That said, the property management team was very responsive and professional, which we appreciated throughout the stay.With better upkeep, this property could truly be a gem.
