"First night was great. Second night in a different room, #5, was rough. There is a bar with live music. They don’t warn you about the loud music until 10 PM. Ask before you book! The first night was on the other side of the building and was great. I tried to move rooms but the hotel was booked. I understand the guests on Friday night had to endure karaoke night. "

"Quaint B&B nestled in a quaint town. Building is historic therefore room was a little on the small size however the other spaces on property made the room only necessary for sleeping. Mattress could use upgrade. Staff is exceptional! Breakfast was adequate. Definitely planning a return visit when we can stay longer."

"This was our fifth stay at Merry Mermaid Cottage in six years. The cottage and its location in St. Marys are both fabulous, so much so that we've made it an annual getaway. Barbara (the owner) is exceptional at communication and accommodation. The cottage couldn't be better, just perfect for our needs and accessorized with anything you might need. Then there's nearby Cumberland Island National Seashore, a paradise just 45 minutes away by ferry. Thanks, Barbara, for another fantastic visit!"

"We spent a delightful 4 nights at Coastal Retreat. The river, shops & plenty of restaurants were all within walking distance. Coastal Delight was the the most well stocked accommodation I have experienced. Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap, dish soap, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, flour, spices, coffee pods, variety of chips & whatever food was in the cabinets were available. Having the use of 4-5 bikes, kayaks, & a variety of outside & board games were an added bonus. We didn't bring our dogs, but Coastal Retreat would be an easy place to do so in the future. A huge fenced yard, dog dishes & toys & even a cage were provided. No need to fill up your car with all these necessary extras. Tina's communication was spot on, very friendly & available for any concerns we may have had. Can't wait to stay there in the again!"
