Welcome to Spa 7748! Relax and enjoy the quiet tranquil space we have to offer you. Three bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room, workout area, media/office areas, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, two fireplaces, covered patio, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dinning table, privacy fence, driveway parking and street parking. Centrally located in University City which is just minutes from the downtown Clayton business /entertainment district, Washington University, Fontbonne University, Downtown St. Louis, Busch Stadium, Energizer Park (MLS), The Foundry Food Hall, Central West End, St. Louis Zoo, Forest Park, the Grove and Dogtown.

Ranch home with additional amenities on the lower level. They include media room,workout room and laundry room.

Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage, a storage room in the lower level and two closets on the main floor. Enjoy!

This property is absolutely immaculate. It is also perfectly decorated. The remodeling with all upgraded appliances and granite tops was super impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again....the place was simply awesome!!!

Description and pictures of the property do not do it justice, especially the master bathroom spa!!!Was very interesting with all the different decorations, lighting options, kitchen accessories, etc. Was clean and well maintained. Host was prompt and attentive with booking and arrival information. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
