The Westin is a lovely hotel, great location for our trip. Staff was friendly and helpful, we didn't use any of the amenities, but they are nice. The bar is great, and the rooms are very large.

The room was very nice and fit our needs for a 2 day visit All of the staff were professional and provide excellent service We ended up have 2 meals in the hotel (dinner and breakfast) and the wait staff were attentive and outstanding. Walking distance to the convention center, the ball park and restruants No need to look for a different hotel next time we visit St Louis Marriott Bonvoy member

Front desk staff and valet attendants were excellent and very friendly. The hotel is right across the street from Busch Stadium, so it is very convenient if attending an event there. There is a restaurant in the hotel also, and a few close by. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I love the shower!! The bed is super comfortable. The view out the huge full wall windows is of Busch stadium! Downside was we were on the 3rd floor right above the red line metro and you could hear the trains. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to St. Louis.

Having a disability the valet parking was very helpful. Checking in very easy and the the staff was very courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and filling. I will use The Westin again someday.

Wonderful place to stay if you want close proximity to the Arch and Busch Stadium. I wasn’t a fan of paying $50 to valet my car or pay $24.95 plus tax and tip for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
