Safe and very walkable city neighborhood. Located in The Grove district of St. Louis. This area has had a ton of investment over the past 5 years with lots of new bars and restaurants all within walking distance starting a block from the property on Manchester Ave. There is mix of development with old houses and newly built homes side by side. Neighborhood has mostly brand new and renovated homes but also a couple of tear downs waiting to be redeveloped (including one next door). Quick access to I-64 and I-44 so you can get just about anywhere in the St. Louis area in 10 min. We are also about 2 miles away from the main BJC Medical campus.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. Check-in is simple and secure with our self-check-in process. We will send you a message with your unique door code the evening before your arrival, allowing you to access the property at your convenience after check-in time.
