Newly renovated 112 year old historic home located in desirable Shaw neighborhood. Within minutes of Missouri Botanical Garden, Tower Grove Park and Forest Park, Wild Carrot banquet hall, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, SLU, Union Station, and several great local restaurants. Home is located on a quiet one way street with gated driveway/backyard parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary dining and cooking utensils. Plenty of soft fluffy bath towels. Brand new 5 ton air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer and radiant heat to keep you nice and toasty warm in the winter. Wonderful outdoor deck area with gas firepit. Fully fenced backyard for children to play or your
four legged doggy family members to relax.

This house was perfect! Everything was very clean! Jim answered any questions we had within minutes. Being able to park inside the gated driveway was an excellent bonus! I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking in the St.Louis area. Nice, quiet neighborhood and only minutes to downtown. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!!

Beautiful home in a great location, just minutes away from everything we were in STL to explore. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Was very nice to sit outside on the patio with our morning coffee, while we planned our dayDefinitely hope to return here again.

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 5, in town for a wedding! We loved both the exterior and interior of the house, and it had everything we needed, including workspaces for those in our group who had remote work and meetings.We really like historical neighborhoods, and we enjoyed being close to Tower Grove Park for walks. We would definitely stay here again.

lovely family weekend!

me, my mother, and my mother in law all stayed in the house over the weekend. The neighborhood was so lovely and close to everything! the house was awesome and stayed really cool even during a massive heat wave. I definitely would book this house again

Charming house in great neighborhood

We stayed at this charming house to attend a wedding. It was the perfect location for us. The house is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. We walked to Fiddleheads for breakfast and highly recommend this delightful cafe for breakfast.

SLU Spring Soccer weekend

We stayed here for a weekend in April with some family to watch my niece play soccer. The house is great for a group, in a really nice neighborhood, and the backyard is perfect for dogs!

Great for hanging out with family

The house being centrally located was helpful for our family to be out and about during the day and then come back and hang out together at the house. We were even able to walk to a coffee shop nearby in the morning. Jim was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay.

Very clean home and quiet neighborhood

My cousins/friends stayed at this home for the weekend and glad we did. This home was so clean and spacious. Enough room to accommodate 6 of us. The host was very responsive to my questions and made everything easy to access. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet but also a small drive away from everything. Great for morning walks or walks to nearby businesses.

Graduation Weekend with Cherry on Top!

We were very impressed with our stay. The house was decorated for the holidays and very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. I wish we could have stayed longer! We came in town to celebrate a family members graduation at SLU. The location was perfect and it was even the meeting place to join other family before going to dinner.
