Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Wouldn’t Recommend This Property for a St. Louis Visit
Upon entering the rental property me and my partner immediately felt uncomfortable staying there. The unit reeked of cat litter and cigarette smoke. The couch had multiple stains, as well as the hardwood floor. One of the smoke detectors had low batteries and was consistently beeping. Additionally, an individual in a different, neighboring unit was in an apparent argument and yelling. We rented the unit for 4 nights and did not stay for any of them. I would not recommend reserving this property.

The location and parking were fine. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. The kitchen had all the utensils that we needed to cook. Love the fact that there was a gas stove as well. The home was clean overall. Concerns:The listing address and actual letter address were not the same. The door lock system was extremely hard to get into. The directions were simple but the task of opening the front door was not. We were afraid to leave the home due to the lock being so complicated. Also the front door opens towards the steps, so it was complicated to get in the doorway. Since the home is older, the floor was very creaky and the walls are very thin. Lastly, we were offered an additional night at a discounted price. It was confirmed that we would be able to use a different card to pay for the additional night. After almost 12 hours of no link to make the payment, it was eventually confirmed that we were able to stay after the check out time although we had not made the additional payment. 10 mins before the required check out time, we were informed that the additional payment using a different payment method could not be used. When asked if we could remain in the home for additional time due to the inconvenience , we were told we would have to pay an additional charge for each hour. This was extremely frustrating due to the fact that we were offered something that did not go through at the last minute. This was inconvenience to us as guests.
