For the most part everything was up to standard. I cannot blame the staff as we were short of time and thus our communications were not being met. Overall, a pleasant stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Thank you.

The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!

The Breakfast they served was very good and fresh. Everything about this motel was very good. I truly recommend it. We didn't use the pool, we came in too tired, it was for a 1 night stay.

Checked in no room phone to call front desk. Pull out couch had no sheets, blankets or even a pillow in the room. I called - we are out of blankets and pillows. What? Went to the pool area no towels. Back to front desk to ask for pool towels, I get bath towels but can't mix with pool towels so i was asked to bring them back to the front desk when done. the front clerk said again we have no blankets or pillows... I said I am confused you allow rooms with pull out beds but can't prepare for it? Gentleman there said I can find you a pillow. Got my pillow and "pool towel" headed back to the room my key won't work...so I head down to the pool with the pillow and towels. Get back from the pool and 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth. My reservation was for 3. Are you kidding me? Called down and got towels. Leaving to go to some activities in the area. Stop at front desk to say my key won't work. Was told if I replace this one key your other 2 key cards won't work. Do you need me to replace all of them. Yes I still need 3 cards. Front clerk said I don't appreciate your attitude. No apology etc. Shocked by the lack of customer service. Grant it i just walked up when she on the phone telling another customer sorry we are not refunding you we tried other options and you declined them so maybe she was on edge. Other guests stated thier sheets smelled like urine. Outside door not

Was in room 312 the building seems older attention to detail for cleaning was not there the bedroom walls had hand prints on them with like grease stains of some sort, the bathroom had some type of mold in the shower on the ceiling plus some extra black pubes on it…hair on the floor that wasn’t mine, toilet and sink was clean,You could see random hairs between the white sheets. Doesn’t matter if the building is older you can keep it clean at least. The pool was freezing cold no temperature regulation in it. The elevator floors were really dirty. The beds were comfy. I would not pay $200 to stay here for one night again though. The entire building smelled musty.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was!! Very clean! Very comfortable bed. Nice furniture. The pool and hot tub were great. And omg I loved the breakfast bar! Super fresh and well attended to. I will be staying here again!

Overall, this was a pleasant stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton. The room was mostly clean and comfortable, though there was some used toilet paper left behind in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, the room met expectations. The front desk staff really stood out—everyone we interacted with was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. Breakfast was another highlight: it was warm, fresh, and offered a good variety of options, making it a great start to the day. On the downside, the pool was freezing and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was unfortunately full of children under 18, making it difficult for adults to relax, which may be something management should address. With a few improvements around cleanliness and pool management, this could be an even better stay. Overall, a decent experience with friendly service and a solid breakfast.

The decor was updated, the property was clean, and the staff was friendly. We had to ask for towels and notify the front desk that we were missing an alarm clock and hair dryer so we could be sure we were not charged for them,(not an inconvenience for us, but out of an abundance of caution). This was a reasonably priced hotel and I would stay here again.

Was in town on business very convenient for me. I had a first floor suite. My room was just inside the door spacious room relatively clean plenty of restaurants around all in all it was a good stay if I go back on business would most likely stay again.

Breakfast was average but only had it one day because kids running all over area knocking into table, staff not too friendly, never got room cleaned for some reason and had to ask for everything- towels were in short supply and had long hair on every one I used - yuck- and really wanted to use pool and hot tub was brown and I think/hope they were about to clean it but we never went back to check - so disappointed.

Additionally, one of the elevators had what appeared to be puke/stool. The front desk attendant was notified and 4 hours later it was still not cleaned. The next morning it was wiped up but not cleaned and the 3rd flood had the same puke/stool on the floors outside of the elevator for 3 days. The hot water in my room didn't work. And I had to fight with them to give me another room "we can't give you another room just to shower..."
