This was good enough for a night after a concert. Nothing fancy. Office closed at 10pm & opened at 9am. No vending machines or ice. No shampoo in rooms. Noisy hotel. Maid walked in after we were already in room without knocking. She had no idea we had rented the room.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that only had one bar of soap and no other toiletries available. I had to go down and get my own bedding for the hide-a-bed. The room smelled like a wet dog.

They cancel my room at midway end up paying more. They didn’t have any towels had to wait. The picture they have online of their hotel isn’t what you get. I’ll never stay there again

I was doing a late check in, you have to stand outside to wait for someone to come & it took the girl 10-15 minutes. Next, their side doors make you play a game for your key card to work. Lastly, they don’t offer any type of room service or fresh towels or linen unless staying for 2 weeks.

Bit disappointed with our stay at the extended stay. Despite it being advertised online, there was no complimentary breakfast. No sort of dishware was provided, and we had to pay $20 just for a single person set. Which looked like it was from dollar tree. We were told apon check in that if we needed any extra sheets or blankets it would cost extra. And we were woken up late by other guest blasting music.

The shower head was not tightened and sprayed all over the bathroom. All my toiletries and clothes got soaked and I had to use every towel to try and mop it up. Hot water was scarce. Couldn’t get microwave to work. Iron but no ironing board.

Upon arrival for check in, the lady that was at the counter was not the most welcoming. There was no advertising that this was a card only establishment. This was frustrating as I had planned on using cash for my trip and the lady was not friendly about delivering that information. The two nights I had stayed were unfortunately unpleasant as people were running up and down the halls and I felt as if the walls were thin I could hear our neighbors conversations (probably just them being loud) these factors made it extremely difficult to sleep, in fact I was awoken multiple times each night. When I had attempted to reach the front desk by phone to complain I did not get any answer. When it came time to leave on 6/2 nobody was at the desk, I would've given my complaints in person but unfortunately no one was there. Next time I'm in town I will not be staying here in fact I will be inquiring about a partial refund as soon as I am home as the stay was one of the most miserable I've had

Lacking in customer service

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the only sign was to the right of the desk on the wall and said dial 0 for assistance. There was no phone in sight so we awkwardly waited for several minutes and then I decided to reach over the counter to use that phone as that was the only phone in the whole lobby. The phone barely rang once and a man by the name of Rand comes barreling around the corner, and this is not an exaggeration, yelling at me saying- you will not reach over the counter!! He said it 3 times very angrily. I was in utter dismay as I was there with only my mother, daughter and sister and we genuinely thought that was what we were supposed to do. He yelled you have to use the phone and finally I was able to get a word in and said, what phone?! He said the one outside in the box. Again, what?! The sign said nothing about a phone that I had to go back outside and use. I didn't even see it when we arrived. I do think at this point he new he over reacted but he never apologized. I genuinely felt threatened for a minute and it was truly an innocent act. I would have never reached over the desk had the sign indicated to go outside. If anyone actually does read this, know I was embarrassed for this hotel and Rand after the fact. I am in the customer service industry and was appalled by the lack of at this hotel. Please create a new sign that will direct customers accordingly so no one else has to endure the wrath of Rand. Thank you.

The WORST!!!

We waiting outside for a long period of time because there were no staff on site to check us in at 1:30am. The room was disgusting. The headboard had greasy handprints all over it, the room smelled like a dirty hamster cage! The bedding looked old and faded ( not crisp white) . The pillows were flat and stained, and there were not enough towels provided in our room . We had 4 people and there was only 3 towels. It was a really bad hotel and if I were you I would be embarrassed to offer to customers!
