One Problem after another
After confirmation where we were supposed to collect keys at the apartment, we were told to collect our keys from a local 7/11, after getting lost, we then had trouble working out where to park, no information was provided and there are two entry points to the building. Thank god someone was in the lift to show us how to use the sensor to get to our floor or else were would have been sleeping on the streets. Of course when we entered all of this information was displayed in a welcome book on the coffee table. But closer inspection of the room showed it had not been cleaned, used sheets and towels, dirty floor and tables. A phone call got this rectified but we had to wait over half an hour to get it done. The apartment had a lingering smell of wet dirt and the local trams could be heard screetching at all hours.
