"I did not love you recent stay for a number of reasons. First, the customer service was poor. Rarely, when I passed by the front desk was there anyone present. I had to wait a while to check in because nobody was around. At least twice the front desk clerk was outside the building smoking cigarettes. Second, the gym was very disappointing. It was way too small and have very little equipment. Third, the wifi didn't work well in my room nor the gym. Fourth, the shower didn't have full glass doors, so water got on the bathroom floor each time I showered. Finally, the air-conditioning unit it the room was too noisy. "

"Check in was quick. Only a $25 hold for incidentals. I saw lots of kids enjoying the pool and having a great time running all over. There’s a bar on site. My room was clean, bed was comfortable. I stay here about once a month when I’m in town and I’ve never had a bad experience."

"When I got to my room it was dirty so they moved me to a different room which was clean ,parking nice, breakfast was ok , staff very polite and friendly "
