"The hotel staff is excellent! Very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was the charging ports and electrical sockets next to our bed did not work which made overnight charging of our phones and watches difficult."

"This hotel was perfect for exploring Chicago! It's within walking distance to many attractions, sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. The pool was a hit with our kids and the full hot breakfast definitely helped us get the day started right. The room was spacious. It felt like a two-bedroom suite. An added bonus is happy hour each night where you get two free drinks! On top of that, the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is probably where we will stay when we visit again!"

"Was a really nice hotel. My only concerns was the phones in the room didn’t work. No way to call front desk, front people weren’t super helpful and there was no microwave. Rooftop bar and room were excellent"

"We stay here because it within walking distance of Wrigley. You have to park your own car which there is a garage around the block so it’s not a huge deal but I miss them having valet parking. There is also not in and out privileges unless you want to pay again. The elevator was broken and our AC unit was really loud and did not cool the room very well. It is an older hotel and rooms are on the smaller side. There is no fridge which is inconvenient but we brought a small cooler. The water pressure of the shower was terrible and the water kept getting cold. If you are looking for a hotel within walking distance of Wrigley and just a place to sleep this hotel would be ok but i definitely would not stay for more than one night."

"Beautiful on the surface. Terrible smell of heavy perfume in the rooms. What on earth happened here to require such a strong smell to cover it up? All the hotel provided soaps and lotions are heavy scented dollar store brands. Pack your own. No maid service until late in the day, after 3:30pm. We had to vacate room for housekeeping after just getting back. Luxury looking property, but skimping on details. Clearly there’s not enough staff to cover the required rooms. Every member of staff was exceptional, they were just clearly overwhelmed. "
