Summary:
Just a short drive from Cruz Bay, Southern Star offers a tranquil retreat with spectacular views of Chocolate Hole Bay. This two-story townhouse provides a spacious escape for families or groups of friends that is just a few steps from the Chocolate Hole Bay Beach.
The Space:
Upon entering the villa, you'll find the main living areas on the ground floor. To the right down the entry hallway is a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The open floor plan features a well-appointed kitchen, a half bath, a dining area for 8, and a comfortable living room with an entertainment system. Ten-foot ceilings and large glass doors leading to the patio create an open, airy feel. Enjoy beach views and sounds from the back patio or dine while taking in the Caribbean scenery.
Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first has two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with seating. Further down the hall is the more private Deluxe King Suite, featuring a balcony with stunning ocean views. All bedrooms include smart TVs, ceiling fans, AC, and elegant en-suite bathrooms.

For safety and to ensure house rules are being followed, there are Ring door cameras in place.
Check-In Process:
BookVI typically arranges a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a brief tour, answer property-related questions, and share helpful island insights. Arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be provided upon approval.
The Neighborhood:
This location is a true gem, with beach access just steps from your back porch. Enjoy morning walks to collect shells, take an evening dip, or spend the afternoon paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling!
Getting Around:
BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle for navigating St. John's terrain. We can provide a list of trusted local rental companies and have a few villa vehicles available.
Other Things to Note:
You will receive a contract to finalize your booking. Once your flight is booked, please provide us with your flight information to help plan your arrival. We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private water service, taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and massages.
