The Space:
Most living areas are conveniently located on the ground level, including an open-concept kitchen and dining area, living room, half bath, and a king bedroom with ensuite—perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Large glass doors open to the patio, allowing you to enjoy sea breezes or cool the home with AC after sunny days.
Upstairs are two additional ensuite bedrooms: one with two queen beds and balcony seating, and a more private deluxe king suite with stunning ocean views. All bedrooms include AC, ceiling fans, smart TVs, and ensuite bathrooms.

For safety and to ensure house rules are being followed, there are Ring door cameras in place.
Check-In Process:
BookVI typically arranges a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a brief tour, answer property-related questions, and share helpful island insights. Arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be provided upon approval.
The Neighborhood:
The beach is just ~50 yards from the villa—perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling. Close to town yet peaceful and uncrowded, this location offers the best of both worlds.
Getting Around:
BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle for navigating the terrain on St. John. We can provide a list of trusted local rental companies and also have a few villa vehicles available.
Other Things to Note:
You will receive a contract to finalize your booking. Once your flights are booked, please provide us with your flight information to help plan your arrival. We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private water service, boat charters, private chefs, and massages.
