Their breakfast team was struggling to manage the guests. Our check in and check out experience was poor. They did not have complete info at check in - they said they have confirmation of only one room when we had booked two rooms. They found the 2nd room booking after a lot of effort. Washroom jet was too strong - potentially enough to create injury.
