「While it is nice that the hotel is right by the beach and there is wifi at the hotel, the hotel lobby and common rooms were messy and not very clean. The TV didn't work well most of the time, there is no elevator, so wheelchair access is poor. The room was not cleaned during our stay, so the rubbish piled up. 「The amenities included a fridge, microwave and kettle. However, it would be best to grab your own bathroom amenities as there was only a handwash and what I believe to be a all-in-one bodywash in the shower.」

Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. 「I stayed 1 night at Kingshead. The hotel is relatively new built and does not as such have historical charm. It was decorated and equipped very well and in a nice way. Thew room was spacious , tasteful and well equipped. The bed was a large and the duvet large enough for 2 people which isn't always the case. 「I don't think I've ever been made to feel so unwelcome at a hotel or B'n'B. We were using public transport. We were dropped off by taxi at 10am. Obviously we weren't expecting to check in but I've never stayed anywhere where luggage storage isn't available. The owner's immediate reaction was to tell us we check in isn't until 2. She did allow us to leave the luggage but I was taken aback at the unwelcoming attitude. We came back at 2. Owner complained that she had no details about the booking....
