"The bed was fantastic! Room was clean and comfortable. I had an issue with the front desk regarding room rates. He was telling me the room on Expedia wasn’t available but a more expensive room was. Said they were full. I asked about the hot tub and he said they were not busy! I felt scammed but the bed was so comfortable!! When we left in the morning around 8:45, the lobby was locked so we didn’t get out continental breakfast or a cup of coffee!!!"
