"The beach was wonderful for our three grandchildren. Jack’s Restaurant was a little expensive but convenient. The beach house 218 was not up to our expected standard. The carpet was grubby and the upstairs flooring was spongy and uneven. The front door was difficult to lock sometimes. The exterior rear facia panels were filthy and moss growth showed it had not been cleaned for a long time compared to neighbouring beach houses. He demonstrated very poor customer care relations with his dismissive response. The Freshwater East holiday village is generally good, just don’t stay in 218 beach house. "
